Are compatible toners etc as good as original brands?

A

Yes and a lot cheaper in price - most originals are made with a mixture of new and recycled components - most of the compatibles do the same. We recommend Australian made Pacific brand as an alternative laser printer or/and facsimile printer toner cartridge where available and Calidad in the inkjet cartridge field.

Can I trade in my old toners?

A

Yes and would you believe approx 80% of used printer toners can be traded for amounts up to $15. It makes good sense regarding the environment not forgetting finances

What sort of warranties do you offer?

A

Most of our warranties are what manufacturers offer & are very good - "life of cartridge" type warranties. We endeavor to sort out warranty as quickly as possible and in most cases swap the item with a replacement before we even get back warranty results from our suppliers. Compatibles offer exactly the same warranties.

How quick can I get an item if the item isn't in stock?

Next normal business working day if our suppliers have it in stock. We have a network of approx. 1/2 doz wholesalers we trade with.

Can I refill my inkjet cartridge and is it gong to be as good as the original or compatible?

A

Depends. We have been involved with refills for a number of years and know the good and bad of the refill scene. It depends on the type of cartridge (some models are 100% for refilling others only 50/50) We trend to only do the ones we know are not going to be a problem and we offer the best price on a new one if the refill is not recommended.
